How to Fix AT77 Login Issue

AT77 login issues are almost always fixable without support involvement. Here is the 5-step triage process that solves 90% of cases.

Step 1: Re-enter credentials carefully

Switch off Android auto-capitalise in the password field. Type the password slowly. Confirm the mobile number is exactly 11 digits starting with 0 (no +92, no dashes, no spaces). If still rejected, try the "Show password" toggle to visually confirm what you typed.

Step 2: Handle OTP delay or failure

OTP is valid for 5 minutes. If nothing arrives after 60 seconds, tap Resend. Check your SMS inbox for multiple OTPs — only the latest works. If you are on Ufone pre-paid, OTP can take up to 2 minutes during peak hours. If WiFi is weak, switch to cellular to improve SMS delivery indirectly.

Step 3: Check account lock status

After 3 wrong password attempts, AT77 locks the account for 30 minutes. After 5 wrong attempts, 24 hours plus mandatory password reset. If you see "Account locked", either wait or use Forgot Password to reset via OTP — both paths unlock access.

Step 4: Update your app

Login API changed slightly in version 3.2.0. Apps older than 3.0.0 will fail to authenticate starting May 1, 2026. Update via the in-app banner or download the latest APK manually. Updating preserves your account and resolves auth-layer issues.

Step 5: Network and device checks

Try a different network: switch from WiFi to cellular or vice versa. Some PTCL home broadband firewalls occasionally block the AT77 auth endpoint; cellular data always works. If another device (borrow a friend's phone) logs in fine with your credentials, the original device has a local issue — clear cache (Settings → Apps → AT77 → Clear Cache) and retry.
