AT77 Login Guide

The complete AT77 login guide covers every sign-in scenario a Pakistani player encounters: fresh install, returning user, lost password, new device, 2FA enabled, and biometric login.

Scenario 1: Returning user on the same device

This is the default flow for 95% of logins. Open AT77, tap Login, the mobile number is pre-filled from last session. Enter the password (or use saved biometric). Tap Login. Home screen appears in under 2 seconds. If you enabled 2FA, an OTP step follows.

Scenario 2: Enabling biometric login

On Android 10+, after your first password login, AT77 offers a prompt: "Use fingerprint next time?". Accept. Subsequent logins tap the fingerprint sensor; no password typing. The password is still required for deposits over Rs 10,000 and for withdrawals — biometric never replaces the password for financial actions, only for app unlock.

Scenario 3: Forgot password recovery

Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen. Enter your Pakistani number. Wait for the 6-digit OTP. Enter it. Set a new 8+ character password. Done — you are logged in. The process takes 90 seconds on 4G. If the OTP never arrives, check your SMS inbox spam filter or contact your carrier for international SMS delivery issues.

Scenario 4: Logging in from a second device

First login on a new phone triggers a device verification OTP even with the correct password. Enter the OTP. You are logged in and the device is trusted for 30 days. You can have up to 3 concurrent trusted devices — adding a 4th automatically logs out the oldest.

Scenario 5: Login with 2FA enabled

Password + OTP required on every login. If you lose your number (SIM lost or changed), the 2FA backup is a set of 10 recovery codes generated when you first enabled 2FA. Store them offline. If you did not save them, contact support with CNIC verification to reset.

Scenario 6: Safely logging out from shared devices

Never stay signed in on a friend's phone or internet cafe device. Log out via Profile → Log Out. To force logout on a device you no longer hold, open AT77 on another device and go to Profile → Login Device → remotely terminate the session. Change your password immediately after if the device might be compromised.
